In short: the layouts are free for your own sites and your clients' sites, edits included. Do not resell or redistribute the layout files. They come as they are, without a warranty.

01About these terms

These terms apply when you use dividesignkit.com and the layouts you download from it. By downloading a layout you agree to them. Questions go to hello@dividesignkit.com.

02What you may do

• Use any layout on your own websites and on websites you build for clients, as many times as you like.
• Edit the layouts in any way: content, colours, fonts, structure.
• Use them on commercial websites.

03What you may not do

• Sell, give away or share the layout files (the JSON or the zip) on their own, or as part of another layout pack, theme, template library or marketplace.
• Claim the layouts as your own design work when offering them as files.

A website that uses a layout is fine to sell; the layout file on its own is not.

04Images in the layouts

Some layouts show photos from Unsplash or Pexels. Those photos are covered by the Unsplash License or the Pexels License, not by these terms. Check those licences, or replace the photos with your own, before you publish.

05Divi

The layouts need the Divi theme or the Divi Builder, which you get from Elegant Themes under their own licence. Divi is a trademark of Elegant Themes. Divi Design Kit is not affiliated with or endorsed by Elegant Themes.

06No warranty

The layouts are free and provided as they are. We test them, but we do not promise they will work with every version of Divi, every plugin or every website. Keep a backup of your site before importing anything.

07Liability

To the extent the law allows, Divi Design Kit is not liable for any loss or damage that comes from using the site or the layouts.

08Your account

Signing up gives you a customer record so we can send your downloads. We may remove a record that is used to abuse the site, for example by sending many signups. How we handle your data is in our Privacy Policy.

09Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; downloads after that date follow the new terms.
